Beginning with version 2.0, The Panorama Factory is shareware. (Versions prior to 2.0 are freeware.) The idea behind shareware is to encourage you and others to evaluate The Panorama Factory before you pay for it.
You may freely use, copy and redistribute unregistered copies of The Panorama Factory as long as you do not charge a fee for it; do not modify the software, documentation or license statement in any way and do not bundle it with another system.
You may use The Panorama Factory for up to 30 days without registering it. At the end of the evaluation period, you should decide whether you want to keep The Panorama Factory. If you want to keep it, you should register and pay the $35 (US) registration fee. During the 30-day evaluation period, The Panorama Factory will remind you that it is unregistered each time you run it. The program will continue to run after the evaluation period ends, but the reminders will become increasingly insistent.
In short, if you are receiving value from The Panorama Factory you should pay for it.

Upon registering you will receive a registration code by email. Once you enter this registration code in The Panorama Factory's license panel, the reminders will cease.
The registration fee entitles you to a single licensed copy of The Panorama Factory. For a typical personal user, this means you and your immediate family residing at the same address. For a business user, this means a single installed copy of the software. To inquire about discounts for multiple registered copies, please email support@panoramafactory.com with the particulars.

Registered users receive free support. I try to help all users, but please know that I will work harder for registered users.
Support is available only via email to support@panoramafactory.com. I do not offer telephone support in order to keep costs down and allow me to concentrate on improving the product while keeping the price low. I respond promptly to emailed questions! If you are a registered user, please include your registration key in the email.
WARRANTY
WE UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEE YOUR SATISFACTION WITH THIS SOFTWARE FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS BEGINNING WHEN YOU PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE. IF, DURING THIS PERIOD, YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SOFTWARE, REMOVE IT FROM YOUR COMPUTER AND WE WILL REFUND ANY REGISTRATION FEES YOU HAVE PAID. To request a refund, please email support@panoramafactory.com. You must include your registration code with the request.
WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AS TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FUNCTIONALITY OR DATA INTEGRITY.

The additional 30 day satisfaction guarantee makes paying the registration fee risk free. Repairs to the software are supplied under the free update program offered to registered users.
